Job Description We’re looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will lead the charge in building strong relationships with our trade customers, developing sales strategies, managing a small group of trade account managers and driving growth across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions. The role Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective trade customers Manager a small team of trade account managers Identify new business opportunities and grow account portfolios Work closely with store managers and trade reps to support branch sales activities Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy Provide coaching and support to the trade sales team Report on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback Ideally you will have or be Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally in the building or hardware industry A networker that has a strong customer base Strong business development and relationship management skills Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage a team A current driver’s licence is essential Benefits A competitive remuneration package including motor vehicle, commission and bonus will be available to the successful applicant.
