As an ICT Business Analyst at Delfast, you will be responsible for analysing operational processes, identifying technology improvements, and supporting ICT systems that enhance courier, warehousing, and distribution operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and the ability to support technology-driven business improvements across logistics and transport services. Responsibilities and Tasks: Analysing courier, warehousing, and distribution business processes to identify opportunities for operational and system improvements. Gathering and documenting business requirements for ICT systems supporting logistics, freight, warehousing, and delivery operations. Collaborating with management, operational teams, and ICT providers to develop technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Preparing functional specifications, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and system reports for ICT projects. Supporting the implementation and integration of logistics management systems, tracking systems, and business technologies. Monitoring ICT system performance and identifying operational issues, risks, and areas for process optimisation. Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to support strategic planning and operational efficiency improvements. Assisting with system testing, troubleshooting, user training, and change management during ICT solution rollouts. Ensuring ICT systems and processes comply with operational requirements, company procedures, and security standards. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and effective project delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. Minimum 3 year experience as an ICT Business Analyst Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in business process analysis and ICT systems documentation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
