Highly experienced Site Supervisor required to deliver insurance construction projects across Brisbane. Key Responsibilities: Deliver insurance building works in line with scope, budget, and program Manage multiple high value commercial projects concurrently Engage, coordinate, and manage commercial trades and suppliers Develop, manage, and maintain detailed construction programs Monitor and control budgets, variations, and cost reporting Ensure strict compliance with WHS, regulatory, and quality standards Coordinate inspections and work closely with estimating and project teams Provide accurate progress reporting and forecasting About You: Extensive experience supervising insurance construction projects Strong background in commercial building and complex remediation works Highly confident managing trades, programs, budgets, and stakeholders Able to work independently and take full ownership of sites Brisbane based or willing to work across Brisbane metro Current QBCC Supervisor or Builder Licence is essential What’s on Offer: $120k - $130k Super Car Strong pipeline of projects Industry leading systems and software Supportive and experienced management team Long term career opportunity with a stable business If you’re an experienced, hands on supervisor who enjoys autonomy, strong support from an established team, and being recognised for your performance, this is a standout opportunity.
