JP Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer of quality steel building products to assist in expanding their operations in Perth’s Swan Valley region. We’re seeking an experienced Nightshift Loader / Pick Packer to join a supportive and fast-paced team, based in a scenic area near the Swan River and surrounded by beautiful winery country. This position operates on a nightshift roster from 7:00PM to 3:30AM , offering consistent hours and a great work-life balance for night owls or those looking for a steady after-hours role. Permanent Residents & Australian Citizens ONLY About the Role: You’ll be working within a small, close-knit team responsible for: Safely loading and unloading trucks Accurately picking and packing customer orders Assembling packs of steel products such as roofing sheets, gutters, flashings, and other building materials Operating forklifts and handling materials efficiently and safely Managing and securing ugly freight – irregular, oversized, and heavy loads – with care and precision About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a similar loading or warehouse environment Demonstrated & proven ability to handle ugly freight safely and efficiently A current LF Forklift Licence Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety The ability to work both independently and within a team environment This is a long-term, career opportunity with a respected and stable business offering a great team culture, job security, and room to grow.
