We are looking for our next Full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team. Job Description Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and operations to conduct site inspections for clients. Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administration. Coordinate conferences and events with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare and distribute BEOs. Maintain and update the Sales & Marketing database and electronic files. Assist with proposals, contracts, promotions, mail-outs, and communication materials. Support marketing, e-commerce, and campaign execution. Manage and update the hotel website and online content. Create marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with Accor brand standards. Maintain hotel brand identity, imagery, and media resources across platforms. Develop and manage social media strategies and communications initiatives. Liaise with corporate teams, management, suppliers, and advertising partners. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports. Qualifications The role requires a qualification in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with at least a years of experience in marketing or hotel operations. Strong digital marketing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks are essential. Success in the role also depends on excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
