Service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems Attending breakdowns and scheduled maintenance jobs Accurately documenting time, repairs and parts usage Providing high-level customer service and representing the business professionally Managing and resolving customer issues where required Typically 6-10 jobs per day, depending on complexity. Work is allocated close to home where possible.
