There's a version later in your career where you look back and think: that's where it clicked. This is studio that sharpened you, the mentors pushed your thinking, the projects that ended up in your portfolio because they were awesome. This is that opportunity. Here is where it starts. Why? Professional. Elevated. Smart. A brand that will shape your career and take you forward to AILA registration and beyond. Who? A landscape architecture practice just north of Melbourne CBD; a team of 10 working across both built form and land development. Parks, streetscapes, residential subdivisions, playgrounds, waterways, wetlands, mixed-use. The kind of project mix that keeps your skills wide and your work interesting. The culture is close-knit and collaborative, and they're growing their offering to new and existing clients. You You're a landscape architect, a mid-career practitioner. Design and documentation is your wheelhouse. You can also (just, newly) run small to medium projects end to end with appropriate direction. Concept through to contract administration; client and consultant relationship management - this is where your skills lie. You're degree-qualified, fluent in AutoCAD and Rhino, love the Adobe suite, and you bring craft and ownership to your work. You care about quality. Practicalities The position is office-based, reports to Directors and Project Landscape Architects, and sits within a team that is invested in developing its people and its practice. We work from the studio, occasionally from home but not often. What's next? Please share your portfolio to miriam.taylor@sonda.com.au or call Miriam Taylor on 0447 042 897.
