Known for delivering innovative engineering solutions across complex urban development, transport, buildings and infrastructure projects, this consultancy offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most respected technical leaders while helping shape the future direction of an expanding service line. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior flood or water engineer looking to step into a strategic leadership role with genuine influence over projects, people and business growth. The Opportunity Joining a well-established multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in the delivery of major projects across NSW and nationally, while contributing to the ongoing growth of the Flood & Water discipline. You will have the opportunity to: Lead the delivery of complex flood modelling, stormwater management and water engineering projects Work across a diverse portfolio including transport infrastructure, urban development, public domain, buildings and major city-shaping projects Build and strengthen relationships with key public and private sector clients Mentor and develop engineers across the team Contribute to business development, strategic planning and service growth initiatives Influence technical standards, project delivery methodologies and future team direction About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Degree qualifications in Civil, Environmental or Water Engineering CPEng status (or close to obtaining) Approximately 10 years' experience within an Australian consulting environment Strong technical capability in flood modelling, stormwater management and water engineering Proven experience managing project delivery, budgets and client relationships A collaborative leadership style and passion for mentoring others Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and secure new opportunities Why Consider This Opportunity?
