About the job A premier industrial power and heavy machinery dealership group is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead their busy workshop operation based in South West Sydney. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive operational efficiency, maximise financial performance, and cultivate a safety-first culture across the department. Role responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated workshop and field service team. Manage operational KPIs, daily workshop workflow, and work in progress. Oversee departmental budgets, monthly financial forecasting, and cost recovery. Maintain strict adherence to company health, safety, and environmental standards. Required skills Proven service leadership experience within heavy equipment, mining, agricultural, or power generation sectors. Strong financial literacy with an understanding of labour sales and gross margins. Demonstrated capability to motivate, manage, and resource a technical workforce. Exceptional communication skills paired with proven customer relationship management. A negotiable base salary around $130,000 plus superannuation is on offer, dependent on your experience.
