At Each, our Podiatry and Dietetics team is committed to improving health outcomes for people in our community - supporting individuals living with chronic conditions, mobility challenges, and complex health needs to stay active, independent, and well. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of podiatrists and multidisciplinary clinicians, working together to deliver holistic, person-centred care. Your role, your impact Use your clinical skills to make a genuine difference in people’s everyday lives - supporting independence, confidence, and wellbeing. Deliver safe, high-quality podiatry care in clinic and community settings Manage a sustainable caseload of up to 12 clients per day, ensuring quality care Develop tailored treatment plans supporting people with chronic conditions and foot health needs Provide outreach services and conduct home visits where required Support student learning and supervision , contributing to future workforce development Maintain accurate records and clinical documentation in line with organisational standards Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold best-practice clinical and infection control standards This is a role where your work directly supports people to remain active, reduce pain, and live more independently. You possess the following qualifications, skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current registration with AHPRA Strong skills in podiatric clinical assessment, treatment, intervention, and infection control Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer-focused care Confidence working across chronic disease, wound care and general podiatry Experience working with diverse communities Certificate in Level 2 First Aid What will make you stand out Experience in community health or outreach podiatry services Experience supervising students or early-career clinicians Understanding of NDIS or aged care funding models
