Our client, is a well-established and growing multi-office firm across the Mid North Coast, offering accounting, tax and financial planning services to a diverse client base. With a strong team culture, modern systems and a focus on long-term client relationships, they are seeking a Hybrid Senior Accountant to join their Tax & Business Services team. The Role: Manage a portfolio of clients across tax compliance and advisory Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns Provide tax planning and business advisory services Liaise directly with clients and build strong long-term relationships Review work completed by junior and intermediate staff Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex matters About You: CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion) 4–6 years’ experience in public practice Strong technical skills across tax and accounting Experience with cloud-based systems such as Xero and XPM Ability to manage deadlines and review work with accuracy Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented What’s On Offer: Salary: $100K–$130K Super (depending on experience) Hybrid working arrangements and flexibility 9-day fortnight option Supportive, collaborative team culture Exposure to a diverse client base and advisory work Clear progression pathways within a growing firm Lifestyle benefits of the Mid North Coast If you’re looking for a flexible Senior role with real career progression and a strong team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
