Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of hydrology, hydraulics, and integrated water management projects. Deliver complex hydrologic and hydraulic assessments and modelling. Prepare UWMPs, LWMS, and comprehensive flood and drainage studies. Manage project scopes, budgets, deliverables, and timelines effectively. Liaise with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary project teams. Mentor junior hydrologists and strictly review technical outputs. Contribute to business development and the management of key client relationships. What You’ll Bring: Degree in Engineering, Hydrology, Environmental Science, or a related field. 7 years of professional experience in hydrology or water resources. Strong expertise in urban water management, water resource planning, and flood modelling. Deep knowledge of Western Australian regulatory frameworks and planning guidelines. Proficiency with modelling software such as TUFLOW, RORB, HEC-RAS, or XP software is highly desirable. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical report-writing skills.
