This role supports the safe and efficient operation of our Hypercharge Drive technology across underground customer sites in Western Australia.Roster & Location Flexibility:8/6 roster – FIFO from Perth8/6 roster – Kalgoorlie residential15/13 roster – FIFO from Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney or MelbourneYou will work alongside our experienced underground Hypercharge team, contributing to the successful rollout, maintenance, and optimisation of this innovative blasting technology. .What you will be doing Ensure compliance with maintenance and asset management plans Support the implementation of Hypercharge Drive across the region Troubleshoot and resolve operational and mechanical issues Maintain strict adherence to safety and environmental standards Collaborate with the team to improve performance and productivity What you will bring A strong commitment to safety — our number one priority Trade or background in Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, HD Equipment, Auto Electrical, or mobile plant Solid fault-finding and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic Underground mining experience (highly regarded) Exposure to drill & blast processes (desirable) Underground charge-up experience (highly regarded) Experience working with Hypercharge units (advantageous) Good computer literacy What we offer As part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
