As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Information Management Co-Ordinator to optimize our national operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate business processes, workflows, or knowledge systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor and assess risk, regulatory change, or operational performance and provide timely recommendations. Prepare reports, presentations, and process documentation in line with Avion standards. Maintain day to day oversight of the operation of key record systems to ensure the smooth operation of applications and undertake troubleshooting and investigation into identified issues with system functionality. Act as a primary point of contact with infrastructure providers and vendors to ensure optimisation of service delivery and vendor alignment with organisational objectives. Analyse current costs of logistical functions and make necessary recommendations. Ensure all consignments leaving the warehouse are despatched with system generated documentation to enable audit trail ‘track and trace’ to confirm delivery status. Review operational warehouse plant and equipment requirements and replacement schedules. Coordinate with cartage providers, freight carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate shipment planning and communicate transport requirements to relevant stakeholders. Review freight and cartage processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, customs brokers, and transport providers to resolve logistics issues. Maintain accurate records of transport activities, shipment status, and carrier performance. Collaborate with internal departments to optimise inventory movements and distribution planning. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse information and logistics management Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage personnel at all levels. Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and logistics coordination. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Minimum AQF Bachelors qualification in Business, Supply Chain Management. Experience supporting operational, advisory, or logistics-focused teams. Proficiency in document management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
