Description Our busy Prince of Wales clinic is currently seeking an Office Manager to join the team. The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, between 7:30am and 5pm. These hours can be flexible if you prefer an earlier start You will work a 9-day fortnight due to working 9 hour days. This means you receive one rostered day off every fortnight – giving you a day off every week to help support genuine work-life balance. Role Overview: · Located within the Prince of Wales Hospital campus in Randwick. · Services a wide range of hospital specialists and outpatient referrers. · Modalities include MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional and General Radiology. · High-acuity hospital environment with complex cases and specialist referrals. · Close collaboration with radiologists, technologists, hospital departments and research teams. · Leadership role responsible for administrative operations and front-of-house teams. · Opportunity to lead a busy hospital imaging service with strong operational exposure. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: · Day to day medical reception tasks; greeting and arriving patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments etc. · Support the clerical team of up to 15 staff across medical reception · Plan and manage daily clerical staff rostering · Manage the clinic’s daily appointment schedule · Manage the clinic’s daily banking and other financial applications and requirements · Work closely with the Regional Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist/s What we’re looking for: ✅ People management and leadership experience. ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. ✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems. ✅ A background in radiology or healthcare would be very beneficial. ✅ Experience in COMRAD booking system and Microsoft office is desirable.
