THE ROLE The Community Housing Assurance team is a new team established to develop and implement a risk-based monitoring framework for HV's range of agreements with community housing providers relating to funding, leasing and VHR participation. The team also manages community housing allocations, tracking allocations by community housing organisations including through reconciliations, maintaining accurate property data and managing the facilitated placement program. Working across Homes Victoria, the Community Housing Assurance team will lead embedding a consistent monitoring approach for contractual obligations including allocations, operational requirements and reporting. The team will also agree regular reporting and escalation pathways, and work with community housing organisations and other teams within Homes Victoria to resolve any compliance issues identified. The team administers requests for the removal of s.110 interests and responding to and collecting data on complaints that are received by Homes Victoria. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Lead allocations monitoring activities with Community Housing Organisations, including tracking initial allocations, undertaking reconciliations, ad hoc allocation support and best practice performance monitoring. Manage the facilitated placement program, working with community housing organisations to place Homes Victoria nominated applicants into homes. * Support accurate community housing allocations data, including insights into community housing allocation practices.
