We manage a large portfolio of residential buildings and pride ourselves on delivering premium service to our residents and clients. As part of our on-site Concierge team, you’ll be the face of the building — providing a welcoming and professional experience every day. Due to the nature of this role; this role is 100% onsite day shift, there is no hybrid working option. Responsibilities: Greet residents, visitors and contractors with a professional and friendly approach Assist with resident requests and general enquiries Monitor building access and maintain security protocols Coordinate deliveries and manage mail and parcel systems Report maintenance issues or building concerns promptly Support building management and contribute to a positive, safe community Other ad hoc duties as required About you: A genuine passion for helping people and creating a great first impression Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or front-of-house roles Well-presented, punctual and professional Great communication skills and attention to detail Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including some weekends or evenings A team player who takes pride in their work Bonus if you have experience in property, concierge, security or administration — but not essential!
