Who You Are You’re relationship-focused, curious, and commercially aware. You enjoy engaging with industry, asking the right questions, and turning insights into meaningful input that supports decision-making and outcomes. You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience (5 years) in stakeholder engagement, industry engagement, or business development within the resources/mining sector (or a closely related industry) A strong understanding of the mining/resources operating environment and workforce challenges Knowledge and understanding of Australia’s VET system and the Australian Qualifications Framework The ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics and balance competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience contributing to projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications Even Better If You Also Have Direct experience within the Australian mining or resources sector Exposure to workforce development, training product development, or VET reform Experience working in a national or multi-state environment Experience supporting advisory groups or industry forums Why Join AUSMASA?
