About the role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting day to day farm operations with the following responsibilities: Supporting farm activities such as planting, weeding, crop maintenance and harvesting Safe operation of irrigation systems including sprinkler and flood irrigation Safe operation of farm plant and machinery Assisting with maintenance of farming equipment and property Supporting record-keeping and farm inventory management Maintaining the presentation and appearance of property, workshops and infrastructure Upholding and promoting high farm hygiene standards Supporting other team members as required Actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within your role and the wider business Other duties as required About you: You enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things well, and want to be part of something with purpose.
