We’re looking for a technically capable Project Coordinator to take ownership of Low Voltage Electrical Switchboard projects from order through to delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Role Located in our National Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, this role will be at the centre of coordination between customers, engineering, procurement, and the workshop, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in managing communication, coordinating technical documentation, supporting production processes, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely execution Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders Prepare and manage project documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up to date Support development and delivery of final design information (FDI) for manufacturing Monitor timelines, risks, and variations, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope Liaise with the workshop to resolve technical queries during production Manage post-delivery issues and provide responsive, high-quality customer support Contribute to a consistent flow of work and strong operational performance About You Ideally, you’ll have an Electrical Engineering qualification, an electrical trade background, or experience within the electrical, switchboard or power distribution industry Experience in project coordination or a similar role Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with ERP systems and technical documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes Why join NHP?
