Job Description Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts. Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately. Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations. Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed. Act as the senior hotel representative overnight and make operational decisions as required. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations. Assist with training and development of Front Office team members. Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service delivery.
