About the Role: Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Pool Service Technician to join the team in Townsville. No previous pool industry experience is required. What matters most is your work ethic, willingness to learn, and desire to be part of a positive team culture. You will receive full training in all aspects of pool servicing, maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment installation. Your responsibilities will include: Servicing residential and commercial swimming pools Testing and balancing pool water chemistry Cleaning and maintaining pools to a high standard Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipment issues Installing and servicing pumps, filters, chlorinators, and related equipment Providing outstanding customer service to clients Maintaining accurate service records Who We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing a job properly, and wants to contribute to a positive workplace culture. You will have: A current manual driver's licence A strong work ethic and positive attitude The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Good problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service skills Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25kg Reliability, honesty, and a willingness to learn Why Join This Team?
