Client Our client operates a highly regarded 3,500-hectare broadacre cropping enterprise located on the renowned Liverpool Plains of New South Wales. This is some of Australia's most productive cropping country, producing wheat, sorghum and pulse crops. Due to ongoing operational requirements, an opportunity now exists for an experienced and motivated Farm Hand to join this progressive farming business. Role This is a hands-on position suited to an experienced cropping professional who enjoys operating modern machinery and working within a large-scale broadacre farming enterprise. Reporting directly to management, you will be involved in all aspects of cropping production using modern equipment and precision agriculture technology. Role Responsibilities Operation of modern broadacre cropping machinery. GPS-guided seeding, spraying and harvesting operations. General farm duties associated with wheat, sorghum and pulse production. Machinery maintenance and servicing. Assisting with harvest logistics and seasonal operations. Marcus Oldham graduates or similar would be highly regarded Requirements Previous experience in broadacre cropping operations. Experience operating modern agricultural machinery. Familiarity with GPS and precision agriculture systems. Ideally suited to candidates with several years of practical farming experience. Location & Remuneration Located on the Liverpool Plains, approximately 40 minutes from Quirindi, NSW. Attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience.
