We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage multiple residential construction sites across South-East Queensland. You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating trades, managing site schedules, and ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Markon's quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise multiple residential construction sites Coordinate trades, suppliers, call-ups, inspections, and sign-offs Manage site schedules and keep projects on track Ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards Complete site walks, reports, and safety documentation Communicate clearly with the office team, trades, suppliers, and clients Attend weekly team meetings at the Browns Plains office Use tools such as Outlook, Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, SafetyCulture, and HazardCo Qualifications Current QBCC Supervisor Licence Current Construction White Card Around 5 years of residential site supervision experience Strong understanding of Queensland residential building requirements Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable using phones, iPads, email, scheduling tools, and reporting apps Ongoing work rights in Australia Pay and Benefits Permanent full-time position Pay: $120,000-$125,000 base per year, based on experience Performance-based bonuses increase the salary to $125,000 to $150,000 Fully maintained company vehicle provided Phone and iPad provided Bonus and remuneration review opportunities Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays only when required Supportive, family-based team culture Long-term opportunity with room to grow toward Construction Manager responsibilities Why Homes By Markon At Homes By Markon , people are treated with respect and supported as part of a close-knit team.
