Civil Excavator Operator / Lead Hand North Brisbane location About the role: We are looking for an experienced Civil Excavator Operator to join our team on a long-term civil project. This is a hands-on Lead Hand role. You'll be operating machinery on site, but also assisting labourers on site. The right person is comfortable switching between operating and supervising, keeps the job moving, and takes pride in doing things right. Key responsibilities Operating Machinery on site (excavator, Pozi track, roller etc) Acting as Lead Hand, directing and assisting ground crew and labourers Maintaining a safe and productive work environment Liaising with the site supervisor and project team What you'll need Current, valid Excavator ticket (essential) Pozi Track , roller (essential) Proven civil construction background Previous Lead Hand or supervisory experience on site Valid Construction Induction (White Card) Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Ability to start Thursday 5 June.
