Description and Requirements Your Ke y Responsibilities: Reporting & Dashboard Development Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for I&C use cases (SIP performance, payouts, quota attainment, plan governance) Build interactive, user-friendly visualizations tailored to Sales Ops, Finance, and leadership audiences Ensure consistency in KPI definitions and alignment with global standards (single source of truth) Data Modeling & Integration Develop and maintain data models and semantic layers in Power BI datasets Connect and integrate data from enterprise platforms (e.g., Common Data Model, Anaplan, finance systems) Apply best practices in data modeling, relationships, and performance optimization Business Requirements & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with I&C stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions Support governance processes by ensuring clear documentation of KPI definitions and calculation logic Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends Advanced Analytics & Development Utilize DAX, Power Query, and Power BI capabilities to build advanced calculations and metrics Enhance existing dashboards to reflect changes in sales plans, logics, or compensation rules Ensure reports are scalable and aligned with enterprise BI standards Governance & Quality Assurance Follow established Power BI governance and deployment processes Validate data accuracy and ensure auditability of reported metrics Support UAT, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Qualifications: Technical Skills: Experience in Power BI development (if candidate would be able to demonstrate Power BI report they have build during the interview that would be appreciated) Strong expertise in: DAX modeling, DAX and Power Query, SQL and data extraction Experience with enterprise reporting and data visualization best practices Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with business users and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Additional Locations : Slovakia Slovakia PAY TRANSPARENCY The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €32900–48180 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations. Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process. In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
