Description Payroll Process end-to-end payroll on a fortnightly basis Maintain accurate employee payroll records Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and policies Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Process superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory reporting Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting HR Coordination Support onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation Maintain and update HRIS and employee records Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling Provide first-line HR support and respond to employee queries Support performance review cycles and training administration Assist in policy updates and HR compliance activities Profile A successful Payroll / HR Coordinator should have: Proven experience in payroll processing (end-to-end preferred) Exposure to HR coordination or administrative functions Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Experience with Microkeeper Intermediate Excel skills Job Offer Opportunities for career progression in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
