The Role: Prepare and review accounts, BAS, tax returns and financial statements for trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals Provide taxation advice and support across various client structures Monitor client management reports and identify business improvement opportunities Mentor and guide junior team members while managing your own workload Travel to regional clients and community events to strengthen relationships and deliver advisory services Work with Xero, MYOB, & Reckon to maintain and produce financial reports About You: 4–6 years’ accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public practice CA or CPA qualified Strong technical accounting and taxation skills Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior staff Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset What’s On Offer: Flexible office location: Brisbane, Rockhampton or Biloela Exposure to regional agribusiness clients and meaningful advisory work Support for professional development and career progression Collaborative and high-performing team environment Ability to travel to rural and regional clients Opportunities to grow your career within a specialist agribusiness advisory team Please note: This job is based in Australia therefore, only candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered.
