This program is designed to support newly qualified nurses in developing the clinical skills, knowledge, and confidence required to practice safely and effectively as beginner practitioners. Working within a supportive regional healthcare environment, graduates will consolidate their practice in alignment with the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Council (ANMC). The program focuses on building competence across professional practice, critical thinking, care delivery, and collaborative, person-centred care in a variety of clinical settings. About you Bachelor of Nursing Registration with AHPRA Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member Ability to accept direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginner practitioner Demonstrated ability to problem solve Application Process: All applicants must be eligible and registered to participate in the PMCV Allocation and Placement Service, listing Inglewood and Districts Health Service as one of your preferred hospitals. Applicants must have completed all clinical placements and be eligible for registration with AHPRA by the commencement of the program. The Graduate Program will have a flexible start dates in February and April (negotiable). All applications must include: A current CV (including passport-sized photograph to match with video interview) A copy of your academic transcript to-date Two clinical appraisals from placements. Referee checks x 2 completed as part of the PMCV GNMP application process Participation in the PMCV video interview between 6th and 9th July 2026 Your application receipt will be acknowledged and an email sent when the ranking process has been completed.
