About the Centre Privately owned and operated service Medium-sized centre with strong community connections Supportive ownership team committed to quality care and education Well-resourced learning environments Stable team and positive workplace culture Focus on professional growth and development About the Role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service, including: Leading and mentoring a team of educators and room leaders Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations Driving occupancy and maintaining strong family relationships Managing centre operations, budgets, and performance Supporting curriculum implementation and educational excellence Building a positive and collaborative team culture Maintaining high standards across all aspects of the service Working closely with owners to achieve centre goals and growth About You To be successful, you will possess: Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education Strong knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations, and Child Safe Standards Proven leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience managing occupancy and centre performance A passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care Current Working With Children Check Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications What's on Offer?
