Flexible location within NSW or ACT About the role The Manager – Resilience (S&T) works closely with the Senior (State) Manager – Programs to deliver a portfolio of programs that support migrant inclusion and participation, strengthen individual and community resilience, preparedness and recovery, and deliver other strategically aligned community programs as needed. This role is responsible for building and strengthening collaborations across local, regional and state/territory communities, and government sectors to advance Australian Red Cross’ strategic priorities and revenue objectives.What you will bringProgram Management Ability to support program delivery to meet contractual, legislative, and quality standards. Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure targets and financial outcomes are achieved. Identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities aligned to migration and emergency services strategies. Sector and Partner Engagement Deliver external engagement activities to strengthen Red Cross’ reputation and partnerships. Represent the organisation across committees, forums, and networks, promoting services. Identify and respond to emerging opportunities while maintaining trusted partner status. Leadership Lead, coach, and support staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality community programs. Contribute to strategy planning and foster a positive culture aligned with Red Cross values. A current Australian Drivers licence and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements of this role.
