Position: Café Manager Location: Kuwait Job Responsibilities: Manage daily café operations efficiently Supervise and support café staff Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction Oversee coffee preparation and barista operations Handle staff scheduling and attendance Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved Requirements: Previous experience as a Café Manager or in a similar role Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team and work under pressure Good knowledge of café operations and customer service English communication skills required Benefits: Salary package to be discussed
