Job Description With a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing job tasks, this role has plenty of variety. You'll work alongside the Executive Chef to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your role includes but isn't limited to the following tasks: Lead and support the Food & Beverage team Supervise daily restaurant, bar and event operations Coach, train and develop team members Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally Assist with rostering, stock control and operational planning Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and WHS requirements Deliver consistent, high-quality service to our guests Assist in the daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when required Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional and friendly service at all times Promote Accor’s Heartist service culture and create memorable guest experiences across all shifts Upsell and promote hotel food and beverage offerings to maximise revenue Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practices This is a Full-time role, working across a rotating roster of 7 days per week, with working hours ranging from 6.00am through to 9.30pm.
