About the Role Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports in line with regulatory and compliance requirements Manage general ledger integrity, including journals, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews Support statutory reporting, audit processes, and tax compliance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support business performance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across finance operations Support system and reporting enhancements where required About You CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) 3-6 years' experience in financial accounting, audit, or commercial finance Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries highly regarded Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance frameworks Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-finance stakeholders Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach If you're a driven Financial Accountant looking to step into a dynamic role within a growing pharmaceutical business, apply with Raelene Horn from Mane Consulting today!
