We are currently seeking an organised, service-focused and proactive Groups Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in North Adelaide, supporting our portfolio of Hotels & Apartments across the Majestic brand. About the Role Reporting to the Revenue, Sales & Marketing Manager, the Groups Coordinator will be responsible for the seamless coordination and administration of group accommodation across the Majestic portfolio. Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal hotel teams, you will ensure all group requirements are accurately communicated, documented, and delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to help deliver smooth and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of group accommodation bookings from confirmation through to departure Prepare and maintain group contracts, confirmations, rooming lists, event orders, invoices and billing documentation Act as the primary point of contact for group organisers, corporate clients and agents once handed over by the Sales Team Liaise with operational departments to ensure smooth execution of group stays and events Monitor room blocks, group pick-up and reporting within hotel systems Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in group coordination processes About You You are highly organised, solutions-focused and thrive on delivering exceptional service. You enjoy working collaboratively and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience in Group Coordination, Reservations, Front Office, Sales Support, Events or Hotel Operations Strong administration and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working with hotel systems such as PMS, CRM or event software A proactive and customer-focused mindset The ability to remain calm and adaptable in a dynamic environment A strong sense of ownership and follow-through Why Join Majestic?
