About the Role As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be representing the organisation within the community to foster engagement and support growth. Your responsibilities will include: · Act as a frontline representative of the organisation, promoting services through engaging, personable and professional interactions with potential clients, families and referral partners. · Build strong relationships with local community groups, retirement villages, GPs, pharmacies, and allied health providers to increase awareness and referrals. · Coordinate the organisation’s participation at expos, markets, open days, shopping centre stalls, and information events, including bookings, materials preparation, staffing logistics, set-up, and post-event follow-up. · Coordinate targeted community outreach activities, including distribution of promotional materials within relevant local communities and retirement villages. · Provide feedback to the leadership team to inform strategic planning, service offerings and marketing initiatives. About You We are looking for someone who is caring, proactive, and highly organised, with a genuine commitment to client outcomes. You will ideally have: At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role or within the Community, Aged Care, or Disability Care sector A warm, empathetic, and patient approach A positive attitude with strong initiative and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and solutions focused The ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to support broader business needs when required Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel desirable) Confidence learning new systems and technology Essential Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Australian citizenship or permanent residency Appropriate qualifications and a demonstrated commitment to the Aged Care Sector and the Home and Community Care Environment Current National Police Clearance Access to a reliable vehicle Current WA driver’s licence Comprehensive car insurance Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain) About Us Right at Home is one of the world’s largest and most trusted home care providers, with approximately 600 offices across eight countries.
