About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Speech Pathology Team Leader to join our leadership team. This role is offered as a fixed-term maternity leave contract for 15 months, with the possibility of the candidate continuing in an alternative client facing role within the organisation based on business requirements and performance. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys supporting others, sharing knowledge and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of a collaborative clinical team. The role is to be based at our Elizabeth Downs clinic. This role would suit either: An experienced Team Leader seeking a collaborative and well supported leadership environment, or A Senior Speech Pathologist ready to transition into a formal leadership role Working alongside our managers, other speech pathology and occupational therapy team leaders and senior clinicians, you will play an important role in supporting junior staff, providing clinical guidance and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment. The role will also involve student clinical placement supervision and supporting the professional development of our emerging clinicians and wider clinical team. You will bring strong clinical knowledge, a passion for mentoring and a commitment to delivering high-quality assessment and intervention supports across a range of clinical presentations. Experience supervising students or junior clinicians will be highly regarded. Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will maintain a varied paediatric caseload and provide high-quality assessment and intervention across a range of communication presentations, including language, speech, literacy, fluency, AAC and social communication using a neurodiversity affirming lens.
