As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll be required to: Provide outstanding customer service by managing customers needs and expectations, therefore ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Liaise with the entire service team to ensure customer vehicles are serviced and delivered on time and all work performed is fully explained to the customer.
