SOUS CHEF Very busy waterfront restaurant looking for an experienced chef to lead in a dynamic kitchen. Must have 8 years experience working in Australia and very passionate and knowledgeable about modern Australian cuisine. You will be working with head chef and management to deliver fresh menu ideas and specials. Thorough understanding of seasonal and local ingredients is a must and proven experience shown in this area. Full-time. Must be available all weekends. Experience with food safety a must. Salary negotiated based on experience. $85-$90k p/year
