Lead, supervise, and support the hotel porter/concierge team to deliver excellent guest service Coordinate luggage handling efficiently and manage workflow during peak check-in/check-out periods Ensure lobby, entrance, and porter stations are clean, organised, and presentable Provide operational support to the front office reception team during busy periods, and assist with staff training and performance management Ensure all VIP guest transfers are arranged, confirmed and monitored Manage and maintain stock orders for the porters desk and Grab & Go shop More about you 2 years of previous experience in a team lead or supervisory in a 4.5 or 5-star property Ability to train and motivate a team Previous experience with Opera reservation system Demonstrated knowledge of front office and porter operations Able to work across a 7-day roster including working evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays The application period will close on 18/06/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner.
