EIR is a fast-growing labour hire business that specialises in Construction, Civil, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Mining. We partner with some of South Australia’s leading businesses to deliver reliable workforce solutions across blue-collar industries. Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for two Operations & Administration Coordinators to join our Adelaide team. These are fast-paced operational administration roles focused on workforce coordination, onboarding, attendance management, scheduling support and day-to-day operational control within our labour hire business. One role works closely with our early morning operations team (6am–2pm), helping manage attendance, worker confirmations, shift changes and workforce coordination before workers hit site. The second role (9am–5pm) focuses more on recruitment task execution, candidate communication, workforce scheduling, customer feedback calls and operational support throughout the day. These roles are ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in recruitment, operations or administration. We are open to junior applicants, school leavers or someone early in their career with strong energy, communication skills and attention to detail.
