About the Role As the Vehicle Estimator, you will play a key role in the repair process, assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate quotes, liaising with insurers and ensuring repairs are commercially and operationally efficient from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy workshop environment, has strong industry knowledge and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes for both customers and the business. Key Responsibilities Assess damaged vehicles both in-person and via photos/images Prepare accurate repair estimates and determine appropriate repair methods Liaise with insurance assessors and manage approvals throughout the process Ensure labour times, repair costs and parts requirements are commercially viable Order parts and coordinate approved job bookings Review active repairs for any labour or parts variations Maintain detailed and accurate records within internal systems Communicate effectively with customers, insurers, suppliers and workshop teams About You To succeed in this role, you will bring strong estimating experience along with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
