Site Electrical Engineer Bungendore, NSW 2 years contract About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Site Electrical Engineer to join a major renewable energy project based in Canberra. This role will support the delivery of utility-scale solar and BESS projects, working on-site with a strong focus on quality, safety, and project execution. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site electrical works across solar PV and battery storage systems Prepare and manage work packs to support construction activities Assist with the development and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety requirements Act as a key communication link between site teams and the project office About You Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) Minimum 4 years' experience in site-based roles within solar and/or BESS projects Strong knowledge of ITPs and work pack documentation Good understanding of industry standards and safety compliance Valid driver's license and willingness to work on a project site Must hold full Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, or valid visa) ABOUT AIRSWIFT Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
