About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Area Manager to join our Brisbane team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, managing cleaning teams, coordinating rosters, maintaining quality standards, and supporting client satisfaction across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with the National Operations Manager , clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and consistent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations across multiple client sites in Townsville and nearby regions Manage rosters, shift coverage, and ensure all sites are adequately staffed Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits Support cleaners with onboarding, training, and compliance documentation Oversee extra and periodical works (carpet cleaning, floor care, glass cleaning, etc.) Manage warehouse operations, consumables, and equipment maintenance Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and Accounts to ensure accurate records and reporting Maintain strong client relationships and promptly address operational issues What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in site supervision, cleaning operations, or facilities management Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Good knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety standards Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital apps for timesheets or reporting Sound organisational and problem-solving abilities Valid driver’s licence (required) Ability to travel across Townsville and nearby areas as needed What We Offer: Full-time position with a respected and growing company Company vehicle, phone, and necessary tools provided Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team culture and opportunities for career growth If you’re a motivated and hands-on supervisor or Area Manager who takes pride in maintaining high service standards, apply now to join the Just Focus team.
