Experienced Forklift Drivers Wanted – Multiple Opportunities Available Mitolo Family Farms is a leading food production company seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our fast-paced manufacturing operations in Virginia and Penfield . About the Role In this role, you will: Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy production environment Load, unload, and move stock and materials, including loading trucks Work confidently in tight spaces and fast-moving production areas shared with pedestrians Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times Shift Information: Day Shift: Starts at 5:30am (approx. 10-hour shifts) Night Shift: Starts at approx. 4:30pm (limited number of roles available, approx. 8-hour shifts) Due to the nature of fresh produce supply, finish times may vary We have full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities available. What We’re Looking For To be successful, you will have: A current forklift licence Proven forklift operating experience (electric or gas forklifts) Experience working in a fast-paced environment (warehouse, manufacturing, or similar preferred) Strong focus on safety in tight working spaces A reliable, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Note: This role is not suited to newly licensed operators without practical experience.
