The Role This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse and cold store environment, primarily focused on loading and unloading trucks, order picking, stock movement, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with an immediate start, working day shift hours between 6:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Cold Stores Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the efficiency of our supply chain operations while working across freezer, refrigerated, and cold storage environments. Responsibilities Assist with daily warehouse and inventory operations Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Pick, scan, and prepare customer orders accurately Process pick slips and warehouse paperwork Stock rotation and participation in stocktakes Work safely within freezer, refrigerated, and cold store environments Maintain Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and food safety standards Ensure correct storage and temperature handling of products General warehouse housekeeping and maintenance Support wider warehouse operations as required About You Current Driver’s Licence Current LF Forklift Licence Experience in warehousing, logistics, food manufacturing, or cold store operations preferred High Reach forklift experience highly regarded Physically fit and capable of manual handling and heavy lifting Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the team Training will be provided for all tasks required within the role.
