The Opportunity: Our client is a well-established Accounting and Financial Services firm seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator to join their busy team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional client-facing environment and enjoys balancing reception, administration, and office coordination responsibilities. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Working closely with the Office Manager and wider team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting a variety of administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet clients, visitors, and stakeholders professionally. Manage a busy front-of-house reception area. Answer and direct incoming calls via the 3CX phone system. Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-up, and pack-down. Organise refreshments and catering for meetings and events. Maintain office presentation, facilities, and communal areas. Manage office supplies and stock ordering, including weekly purchases. Support document management and workflow processes through FYI Docs. Assist with invoice follow-up, client correspondence, and general administration. Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide ad hoc administrative support across the business as required. About You: Previous experience in Reception, Front-of-House, Office Administration, or Client Services roles. Experience working within a professional services environment will be highly regarded. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Well-presented, polished, and professional in both appearance and manner. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use initiative. Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems. What's In It For You?
