Executive Assistant to CFO & EGM Melbourne CBD Location | Executive Partnership Role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded, progressive organisation that is redefining the way people work. Supporting two highly respected members of the Executive Leadership Team, this role will see you operate as a true business partner, providing high-level executive support while playing an important role in driving culture, connection and operational excellence across the organisation. About the role Working closely with the CFO and an EGM, your responsibilities will include: Providing proactive executive support including complex diary and inbox management Acting as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders Coordinating executive meetings, preparing agendas, documentation and following up on key actions Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, board papers and key business documents Coordinating travel, expenses, invoicing and broader executive administration Partnering closely with the wider Executive Assistant team to create a seamless experience for the leadership group Supporting employee engagement initiatives, events and projects that bring the workplace culture to life Ensuring the office environment provides an exceptional experience for employees, visitors and stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and ways of working About you You are an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys building strong relationships and partnering closely with senior leaders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and pride yourself on being one step ahead.
