About the Role As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of our club kitchen, delivering quality food across our key match and training days throughout the season. You'll be cooking for a warm, appreciative crowd in a genuinely enjoyable social environment - the kind of place where regulars know your name and a good meal is part of the weekly ritual. The role offers a great rhythm of work centred around the action of the season, with flexibility built in. We're open to candidates seeking a focused seasonal role as well as those looking for an ongoing position - for the right person, this is a role with a real future at the club. What the Role Involves Running the club kitchen on home-game Saturdays (every second week) - our biggest and most rewarding days, requiring a full day of service Friday evening service during training sessions, feeding family-focused crowd Sunday morning catering for our junior sports games - a lively, family-focused crowd Preparing food in advance for players' Thursday sessions (kitchen closed, prep only) Catering for occasional special events and functions throughout the year Menu planning, food ordering, kitchen management, and maintaining food safety standards The kitchen runs in step with the season - busiest across the coming months, easing into a quieter rhythm in the off-season, which makes it a great fit alongside other commitments or as a balanced ongoing role.
