About The Opportunity In this role you will will contribute to business analysis providing insight to management making informed decisions based on data evidence, in addition you will also but not limited to Provide quality, customer first, business support to deliver outcomes. Support and advance data analysis activities through the provision of in-depth technical expertise. Use networking and facilitation skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders Create ‘fit for purpose’ automations across the business, incorporating triggers for review/renewal timelines and automation to streamline the workflow. Streamline our customer service to improve and extend our customer service with digital platforms and online services. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key selection criteria: Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to consult, communicate and problem solve effectively. Experience in Business Application Support or the ability to learn. Review and Map Business Process's to inform management. Ability to research, collate and analyse data, using Council’s corporate systems to prepare high quality reports and recommendations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software including the digital platforms such as Teams, Power-Automate, PowerBI, Microsoft Planner and Monday.com. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously to deliver outcomes for the business.
